Transformation of the learning system in nursing education after the COVID-19 pandemic

Introduction: As the next generation of professional nurses, nursing students must adapt to learning system implemented in Indonesia during COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed explore information on transformation that occurred from application system. Method: Using a qualitative descriptive research design with guidance Meleis Transition Theory, which was used gather about systems, both theory and laboratory practice at Nursing department, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta pandemic, interviews were conducted 13 participants. Data collected by interviewing one using semi-structured format then transcribed. analyzed Colaizzi phenomenological reduction. The interview results obtained three themes: technological challenges, academic resilience. Result: study's theme revealed number challenges experienced this transition period, such as Conclusion: pandemic requires world education maintain skills knowledge its become successors nurses.
